Job Description
- Conduct engaging, interactive, and student-centered online classes for students of Classes 8–10 (Bangladesh National Curriculum).
- Assist in preparing lesson plans, worksheets, and academic resources aligned with curriculum standards.
- Actively participate in developing digital content (videos, quizzes, study guides, etc.).
- Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment in virtual classrooms.
- Collaborate with other teachers, academic coordinators, and the creative team for curriculum enrichment.
- Support in organizing sessions, mock exams, and events for student engagement.
Requirements
- University students (preferably from Public Universities, Engineering Universities, and Medical Colleges in Dhaka).
- Strong enthusiasm for teaching and guiding students.
- Ability to teach with clarity, patience, and adaptability for different learning levels.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to capture student attention.
- Creative mindset with willingness to collaborate with the creative team.
- Passion for mentoring students beyond academics (values, skills, and confidence).
